The goal of the program: 'Jobs of Today' is to mobilize all talents in the region. To make this happen, we put in place a social enterprise in every region that joins SMRT.bio. The social enterprise is called the 'SupportersDesk', and it allows unemployed people to be trained and coached to become certified supporters. Jobhackathon is a large scale matchmaking event. We invite pre-selected individuals, employers, education within a specific region. People find work and personal learning advice within 24 hours.
To make cooperation between all stakeholders insightful, we have developed the 'MetroMap' explaining the activities of all four stakeholders. All actions by each of the stakeholders are stored in the SMRT.bio database, to enable CockpitWork to generate actionable data and information that is meaningful to each of the stakeholders.
